They responded promptly with a quote to do winter pruning for my trees and shrubs. Their fees were reasonable to the point that I didn't feel the need to get additional quotes. After I signed on, they completed pruning and general tidying up of my dental office property within a week. I went ahead and signed on for their annual grounds maintenance plan because it was also fairly priced. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them for any commercial or residential landscaping services.

CLC is one of many commercial landscape contractors in Lynchburg that we have worked with over the years. They are by far the best and we plan to continue to use them for all of our commercial landscaping needs. Chris and his team are great and easy to work with.

Had high hopes but CLC failed miserably. I put my information for a quote and after about a week got a call from a receptionist asking what I wanted. I stated my elderly parents house decorated for Christmas. She then told me I would be contacted by one of the estimators in a couple days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I wanted it done for Thanksgiving. But that deadline is fast approaching. If this is how they trat new customers they can't be treating regular customers better.

Chris and his guys have already done some work at a new house my son recently purchased and now they are finishing up plans for the biggest part of the landscaping project. Chris is a very responsible guy who runs a tight ship. He does what he says, he closely oversees his crews and the end project is always impressive. Highly recommend!!

I live in a complex that our HOA utilizes CLC Inc. to maintain the landscaping here. Last week, someone on a lawnmower ran over my sidewalk lights and broke a few of them. Obviously I was very upset so I called the company and they were so apologetic and offered to replace the lights and install them completely free of charge. I let them know I’d purchased them off of Amazon so they weren’t able to purchase them locally. They said that they would reimburse me if that would work better for me. Within a couple of days I had an envelope with the money reimbursing me, as well as a Starbucks gift card as an additional apology. While I don’t have personal experience with his company, doing landscaping work for me, I was very impressed with the way that the office handled this situation. Mistakes happen, and this definitely could’ve taken a left turn if they weren’t willing to right their wrong, but again I was very impressed with how they handled it and I give their customer service a 10/10.

Chris, Micah, Dustin and the entire CLC family are great to deal with. Here at Liberty University they are treated as an extension of our own Landscape department. The entire CLC management team is quick to respond to unbelievable request and complete the request in a respectful and professional manner each and every time.
