Coming from a back round as a Real Estate agent, my husband and I purchased our home in Hurricane Utah from Tammie as the listing agent and our buyers agent. Huge disappointment. From day one we were lied to about the water heater ( did not work) stain’s on the concrete surrounding the home, issues with the pool and jacuzzi, Seller Disclosures we’re absolutely inaccurate countertops were labeled as quartz. They are not, they’re a composite material.

In addition, the home never should’ve passed an occupancy permit considering how the HVAC system was installed and several other issues that were brought to our attention.

Tammie sold this home from day one, prior to selling it to us. She knew about this issues, and never never legally disclosed them.

UPDATE: added one more star because of positive interaction with person answering the phone when a second request was made to have lockbox removed months after closing.

Agent for seller failed to respond to multiple requests for information and action while REPC was pending. I did most of the research and work on this one. Unfortunately, this was not the first negative experience with Red Rock. There was a prior interaction with another agent who became quite snarky regarding an offer I made on another property.
