Royal Henry is a true professional! In late July I decided it was time to sell my house in AZ! Although tough to pull the trigger after 25 years of being a Snowbird it was time to call it quits! On a recommendation from a friend I contacted Royal and he took it from there! From prepping the house to show to finding a quality buyer he did it all! When you aren’t in AZ for the showing, decision making, and final selling it’s very nerve racking to say the least! Not with Royal he managed it all! I couldn’t be happier with his professional ability to finalize all of the details and communicate with me at every turn and the bring it all together! Less than 40 days after listing it we are completely finished! I highly recommend Royal Henry to anyone selling property in Sunbird or the Chandler area! He was like having a family member taking care of everything!!

Best realtor I could ask for. Debra Johnson rented out my house for 2 years and sold my home. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She took care of everything as I was in a different state. She checked on the house and made sure it was clean and the bushes were cut nicely and took care of all the repairs that needed to be done. It was nice to know I could count on her. She was able to selll my home pretty quickly with a good price. She was always answering my questions anytime I had any. She wasn’t just a realtor she became family .

Best Agent Before & After the Sale. Debra is the most proactive and action oriented agent we have ever experienced as both a seller and buyer of houses in the past. She is on top of all the details associated with the house purchase and has a huge list of very professional contacts such as Title Agents, House Inspectors, etc. Once the purchase is complete she is as actively engaged as before ensuring that the right people are available to perform any necessary work including roofing, plumbing, pool maintenance & lawn care. An amazing journey to the home our Realtor knew we would love! Paula was amazing! She went over the top to accommodate my wife and I. Fabulous Experience. We met Paula 1 year ago knowing we wanted to purchase. We didn’t purchase until exactly 1 year later. She stuck with us, reached out if she saw something she knew we liked and was never pushy. She kept us up to date from the beginning to the end! Could not have been a better experience! . From the moment I signed papers until the last moments of filing the papers, Francine made this a most positive experience.
