Doug and Tina did a fantastic job of finding us our dream home at the lake. They are very responsive and informative when it comes to Lake Gaston as a whole, their knowledge in the real estate market, and their relationships for local recommendations. Calling the Pea Hill Team was probably one of the best calls I have ever made. We live in Europe and just bought an incredible house on lake Gaston that was only on the market for a total of 48 hours. Or rather, the Pea Hill Team bought it for us ! Even though we had never actually met in person, Doug Merrifield and his team took care of everything and allowed me to close the deal from overseas and on time. My friends, who have lived on the lake for many years, simply could not believe it. Doug is not only a trustworthy, helpful and kind person, he is also a very solid professional. Due to his background in corporate finance, he is very knowledgeable about property value fluctuations and able to give you well-balanced advice. Doug and Tina were an amazing team to work with from start to finish.

Shopping for a new home is exhausting. The Pea Hill Team, (Tina, Sarah & Doug) brought inexhaustible energy to our search which kept us going through the process, and without being pushy or demanding. Tina and Doug asked all the right questions and then listened carefully to our answers, ensuring that they knew how to prioritize the features we valued in a new home. Although we live on the west coast, they provided just the right amount of communication, transparency and advice making our decision-making process comfortable and even enjoyable.
