My rental property was in filthy condition when I moved in. I spent 100.00 on cleaning supplies and finally called to get help when I discovered the mess under the sink and the windows in my bedroom had what I believe to have been black mold. The person that was to come to clean did not show up for the first appointment. She did however do good work when she arrived. Several months after moving in I discovered black stuff coming out of the bathroom sink and in the kitchen spray and the bathroom sink was dripping. They simply replaced the kitchen faucet and spray and slowed the drip in the bathroom. They refused to address the cause of the black stuff. Fast forward and the bathroom sink began dripping more. Then I discovered the water was hot water and this was costing me 20-30 a month on my electric bill. So I reported it again. The gentleman said he could fix it but had to order parts that could take a week. A month or two went by before they finally came to fix it. Tile was left off the wall. They are polite and professional but the owner must be a slum Lord. I have pictures of the condition at move in.
