I cannot say enough about the service my family received from Brad and Iwona Snyder with Sierra Vista Realty in the sale of my parent’s house. They displayed the utmost professionalism while being attentive, courteous, welcoming and friendly. They made good suggestions and have a network of good people if a contractor is needed for repairs or updates. They answered every phone call, text and email almost immediately, which is unheard of these days. Brad and Iwona are honest, have integrity, and are passionate about their work. Iwona and Brad were excellent to work with!! Iwona found us a great property in Sierra Vista, AZ. and helped us through the process as we currently live in Washington. Iwona was there through all the questions we had, helped us through the mortgage and insurance process, and through the appraisal, home inspection, and other required inspections. Brad was there during the home inspection and also filmed the final walk through inspection, plus helped with all our questions. We cannot thank Iwona and Brad enough for all the help they gave us. Brad took over our sell contract after our home had already been on the market for several months. He assessed the market and recommended we lower the price. Doing so resulted in a quick offer. Though that transaction didn’t go to completion, he worked with us tirelessly to get the home sold as quickly as possible in an ever changing, horrible seller’s market. He listened to our needs and anxieties but guided us as needed! We will have another home to sell in the future and with use Brad!
