I 100% agree with the complaints about the clerks here when you call in. People that call in are asking questions, need guidance, pay a fee, etc. They need respect, more patience and empathy. Not rude careless clerks that give short answers and think they are better than the people that call in. Court clerks seem really eager to get off the phone with you. How would they like it if they were talked to like that?

Woods Cross City is a wonderful place to live. The office staff is helpful and kind. The events they put on at Memorial day and the classes during the summer are family friendly and so fun!

I have never had to come into court before and its actually pretty nerve racking and the clerks are not very friendly, I am so confused about everything and especially the first time i called I got rude short remarks and i know i was being very nice....I feel like people in these situations need reassurance...not rudeness. I just need some help is that so hard to do

I am very disappointed with the clerks here at the Justice Court. They are very short and unfriendly. I was nice to her throughout the phone call but geez this is the second time I called and they are just very unprofessional they might need re-training in customer service and how to be empathetic. This is honestly so disappointing. They need to be talked to.

We love living in Woods Cross City. During this Covid-19 quarantine we've had to cancel several city events like the Easter Egg Hunt and the Memorial Day Breakfast. I'm so happy they participated in this scavenger hunt with NSL and Goose Hunt. It's been fun for our family to do different activities! Thanks Woods Cross for providing something fun!

I don't know why, but the people at the front that answer calls are always very short with people and just don't do their due dillegance in helping people get their stuff done. Do better and start treating people with compassion and empathy.

No accountability. The Parks department cut down a tree in Mills Park due to "Safety Reasons" and left a stump 4 feet tall. I called and asked them about it, since the tree was on private property it is the homeowners responsibility!
