Wow!!! We can’t say enough about this place. my dad has lived here for 10 years and has had a great experience.

This place has all the amenities he needs to live his life and stay healthy.

Whenever he has needed anything the staff and maintnance has helped.

We have had to work with Jasmine and Johnny on several occasions and they have been prompt and accommodating.

We love the easy access to the freeway as well.

Two months ago I reported that the garden water spigot is leaking, TWO MONTHS THE WATER HAS BEEN LEAKING. Also the residents are paying this water bill so the leasing office does not care in the slightest. I’ve called several days in a row to let them know with the promise of “maintenance will look” and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this as the water is still leaking. This is what it’s like to deal with the leasing office though, they thoroughly enjoy laughing you off with no action taken.

Worst renting experience I've ever had. It's filthy and loud. Most importantly, the management team is abysmal. Utter lack of transparency and communication. I was overcharged every month for over a year. They transferred management teams halfway through and the second was worse than the first. There was no notice or communication about move-out procedures. I am so happy to be leaving.

Eaglewood Lofts has been one of the best apartments that I have rented. Our children love the pool and hot tubs. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Overall, it's been a great experience.

I understand that things happen, but it is in the way that it’s handled that a company gains their integrity. That being said, Eaglewood Lofts does not rectify situations that happen under their management. I would choose to live elsewhere if you have the chance. They grab you with a nice low rent but when our first lease was up after 11 months, they raised our rent $400 dollars. Yes, $400. We also had cockroaches, multiple times and each time their response was “Pest control will be there Wednesday” there was never any note saying they came - so who knows if it did. We also had our fridge go out and it took 4 days to get a new one. They didn’t reimburse us for all of the food we lost and when it arrived it had a huge dent in the front. We ultimately decided we did not want to stay in a place that so blatantly ignored their tenants. They also never responded with an answer as to what they used our deposit for. I’m leaving this for those of you who think that they have good pricing and it will stay that way. The management takes DAYS to respond and “apparently the manager” made false promises and expectations. I hope this helps someone! Pictures shown of the things we dealt with (including the grassy area that basically was a pond of water)

Pretends to do maintenance. I’ve asked for the AC to be fixed 4 times and they always replace the filter and nothing else. then it still doesn’t work. If you want a thermostat don’t move in.
Want a hot tub and pool? you don’t get that either they’ve both been closed for a year and security gets in your face threatening eviction if you enter. The clubhouse is also closed it has been for the last year as well. Oh and if you want to workout they have a tiny gym where the equipment is always taken. There is no benefit to living here pick somewhere else I beg you. I know I will when my lease is up.

If you read ANY reviews, LET IT BE THIS ONE!

0 STARS! UNETHICAL, FILTHY, AND OVERPRICED

Short and sweet version of this review: The property is advertised as a sexy Ferrari and is actually a 1992 Honda civic with a lawnmower engine. Property management is shady and unethical. If you’re planning on moving in - DON'T. If you’re living there now, stop paying rent and keep living there as long as you’d like because your lease doesn’t mean anything. If you’re getting ready to move out, take a dump on the carpets cause you’re going to have to pay for a full carpet cleaning anyways. I have so much more to say - Eaglewood Lofts is lucky that Google cut me off at 4000 characters. Shame on you Eaglewood Lofts 🙂

Your lease really doesn’t mean anything. You sign an agreement with what should be an ethically- and morally-sound property management company but end up getting taken advantage of. Don’t expect to get your security deposit back, you might as well throw that money in the “fishing pond”. My wife and I *happily* found a new place to live a month before our lease was up at Eaglewood Lofts. We moved our stuff into our new place and were living there while our Eaglewood Lofts lease finished up. The day before the official move out date at Eaglewood Lofts, we dedicated an entire Saturday to DEEP cleaning our Eaglewood Lofts apartment so that we wouldn't be charged for extra cleaning fees. Having rented at other places numerous times before this, we have become very familiar with standard move out processes. Clean -> move out inspection -> if needed, clean a little more of whatever the move out inspector needs us to (which we would happily do) -> then get your deposit back. Here’s the process you can expect when you realize you want to move out of Eaglewood Lofts (which you will realize pretty quickly). Give your move out notice -> move out -> clean the apartment the best you can -> ask them to come do the move out inspection so you can make sure you don’t have to pay extra for cleaning (which they won’t do while you are in the unit) -> they’ll email you asking if you can return your keys (even though you had already returned them) -> they’ll email you asking if there’s anything they can do to get you to stay (after you’ve completely moved out) -> AND THEN YOU’LL GET CHARGED $200 FOR “UNIT CLEANING” and “CARPET CLEANING”. Sure, $200 is just $200, but it's the principle of stealing our money that infuriates me. You’ll be paying for a unit cleaning and carpet cleaning regardless if you clean your apartment or not. We’ve called and emailed numerous times trying to get an answer and the only thing we were given was a fake phone number to the head property manager that doesn’t actually work! And no matter how many times you call or email trying to talk to someone about it, you’ll be told “That’s just what we always do” and “we have to clean the apartment before the next tenant moves in” - that isn’t the financial responsibility of the previous tenant; preparing the unit for the next tenant always has, and always will, be the responsibility of the property management (but since so many people are moving out they probably aren’t making enough money to be able to pay for it so they’re starting to charge previous tenants extra). The best part? The lease specifically says “47.CLEANING. You must thoroughly clean the apartment, including doors, windows, furniture, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, patios, balconies, garages, carports, and storage rooms. You must follow move-out cleaning instructions if they have been provided. If you don’t clean adequately, you’ll be liable for reasonable cleaning charges.” We tried making sure we cleaned adequately but you guys wouldn’t come do the move out inspection while we were there (aka, scamming us), and then charge us for a full unit and carpet cleaning, which is a whole lot more than “reasonable” cleaning charges. If you would have told us that we needed to clean more WE WOULD HAVE HAPPILY DONE SO, but you guys are just itching for cash that’ll you’ll go as low as breaking legal agreements.

-Apartment was filthy when we moved in.
-We were not told about the mandatory media package (which is now $120 for wifi, we pay $20 for the same wifi privately).
-Upcharged utilities. My wife's uncle just up the hill pays about $300/year for his sewer in a 6 bed house with 7 occupants. We payed about $500/year for a 2 bed here.
-Charged a fee for utilities reporting, then another fee to pay utilities.
-If your rent is $1700, expect to also pay $120 for wifi, $30 trash removal, $100-200 for utilities (depending on building's gas use), $50-120 for electric (depending on AC use). So minimum of $2050 a month.
-Not a piece of insulation in the walls, you can hear everything (I could here the squeaking hinges on my neighbors bathroom door), and furnace/AC kicks on every few minutes.
-There was a shootout and management did nothing to address safety, no cameras installed or anything.
-Hallways are filthy from bird poop, and even dog poop. Yes, people let their dogs poop in the halls.
-Lots of amenities, which were often closed due to vandalism/neglect.
-Neighbors can often be heard arguing loudly (multiple different neighbors), it is impossible to file a complaint since you cannot tell where it is coming from since the walls are so thin. Could be in any of the apartments around or below you.
-Management tried to raise our rent to $1870 when they were offering $1550 and 6 weeks free for the same layout as ours to new move ins. Not one of the managers, but the girl at the desk was very difficult to talk to when I asked for clarification of why my rent was increasing when rent across the state was dropping drastically, talked over me, told me the increase was not that bad, and refused to let me talk to someone who actually had the ability to negotiate rent. She offered to not increase (which would still be more than $200 over the new move in price), and I told her that I would be moving out if we did not get a better offer, completely ignored me and went ahead to send that no increase amount to a manager. I probably would have stayed if they had been willing to drop it closer to the new move in price just because moving sucks. So glad we moved now that we are out.
-I cleaned the apartment before moving out, and still my entire $500 deposit was used and I had to pay a bit more than the deposit. Ridiculous since I spent hours cleaning, and when I moved in the place was filthy.

All in all, I cannot recommend enough NOT moving here.
