Toll brothers has a great national reputation but in utah, they have been quite lacking. Do NOT close on your home if anything is left to do- their people make false promises and surprise surprise- no one shows up to fix it. Then they stop responding to messages. 8 mos later, we are still waiting for things to be completed only to be told it’s not covered by warranty when it was never a warranty issue to begin with. Until they get their act together, I would stay away.

Could you pack the houses in any tighter? All these new builds are eye sores, and they make me so depressed. There is so much greed from developers these days. Everywhere you go, the houses all look exactly the same, and they are all right on top of each other. Thanks for ruining our cities. I bet you take all that money and live in a big house with no neighbors, so why do you buy up all the land and make it hell for us middle-class people

Toll Brothers has been absolutely amazing. Going above and beyond for us!
Unlike most the reviews below... we signed, built a house, and actually live in this neighborhood.
Toll did everything they could to make us happy. It's wild what happens when you are kind to people, the kindness you receive in return!

Stunning homes, great people.
Negative is they don't have their contractors or subs to clean up after themselves. This has resulted in two flat tires, on separate occasions while looking to build there. Please have your contractors clean the public roads a bit better. Not asking for them to be squeaky clean, just clean the sharp debris.

They do not show the sign stating BLASTING ZONE right below and the view of the refinery is rather stark. Also, how long will the hill sustain the homes Awhile back just around the other side a massive landslide damaged homes and completely covered one. Good luck in the future.

All the model homes were awesome, customer service were very friendly. If you think the videos of the homes looked nice in-person was a whole nother level! Loved the layouts of the homes, the Evans model ❤was my favorite. The basement level was like another house.

Houses are nice as expected from Toll but the site is scary as they are mining right on the face of the mountain and scraping the side so not sure how long the sites will hold over time
