Building a home with Ence was an incredibly easy experience. We absolutely love our new home. Everyone we worked with from sales, design center, project management, and the team who introduced us to our new home have been amazing. Great communication, excellent service, and very friendly. The great service continues after we moved in. The very few issues we found with the house, super quiet squeak in ceiling fan, were looked at and and remedied. Can't thank you enough!

We recently purchased our home in the Sand Ridge development. I want to thank the entire sales team of Sissy, Cody, and Marile. Great job. They were very informative during the purchase process, and were very helpful in answering questions during the construction phase. I also want to give a big thank you to Amanda. She was more than fantastic. Her knowledge of design features, and her ability to “coordinate’ the various components, was amazing, and that is an understatement.
Sissy, kept us totally informed on the progress of the construction, with texts, pictures, and phone calls.
I also want to thank the architect (sorry I don’t know his name). Our requirements for our house has some unique issues. He helped us work through them, and get what we needed.

During the construction, and final walk through phase, we did have a few issues that might have been handled a bit better. During the construction, we wanted to feel confident that a few critical items were completed as requested, and we had a difficult time attempting to get information concerning them.
During the final walk through, Tammy was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and informative.
We had a few questions concerning certain items that were incomplete, or did not seem to be correct. Tammy directed there concerns to others. There is where we felt as if we were getting a lot of “that’s the way is’, or ‘that’s what you purchased’, when we questioned them. Just for one example, we believed that the garbage disposal was installed in the wrong sink, we were told “no that is the sink it is supposed to be installed in”. Thank you Cody (sales team Cody) for suggesting we look at the plans. The plans indicated which sink it was to be installed.
Not withstanding the few issues we had, the final product is well built and well designed.
I want to thank the entire Ence staff for a great job. When you consider the size of the project, and the time schedule, it was a great experience, and we are happy we chose to purchase an Ence Home.

We recently closed escrow on an Ence home. I have lived in 3 other new homes, and by far, Ence's quality process and construction build surpasses those of other builders that I've experienced. They have put themselves in the customer's seat and have developed a process that makes it very easy and thorough to realize a beautiful home. They build a beautiful home. They advertise and fulfill their promise of building within a quick time frame...approx 3 months. Though at the same time it seems they rush it a bit too much. Some things aren't meant to be rushed though. Concrete cracks, many scratches in everything from walls to sliders to glass to flooring, etc... I would have rather they take their time and do it right the first time. I would love to see they're subcontractors be more careful but it does seem there is a big rush to get the house completed in the short time frame. Many mistakes made but hopefully nothing that can't be properly fixed. I will update as time goes on, and see how well they're warranty department fixes our problems...fingers crossed.
