My process building with Chatwin Homes, was honestly, fun! I appreciated the Chatwin family’s willingness to facilitate my creative process in building a home that was eventually featured in the Park City Parade of Homes 2020. I loved watching and listening to those who attended the parade come through, many of them multiple times, and express, the comfort and peace felt inside the home. I am still grateful for everyone who worked on the house, putting so much thought into the details. Together, we were able to create something timeless and beautiful. I loved working with Chatwin homes and would do so again!

Chatwin Homes built our beautiful home in Midway Utah one year ago. We have been very happy with the common sense and elegant design advice, the inside connections on the vendors and suppliers, the excellence of each of the subcontractors, and the communication and fully transparent experience with the general contractor. we always felt like we knew where we were on the budget, had full control over when we went over budget (because our taste became more expensive partway through the process) and we were happy with them delivering a high-quality product on time. Honest. Pleasant. Transparent. Great people to work with. From a personal standpoint, we have built several homes in the past, and this was our best experience. If you are still very friendly with your builder at the end of the project, you know that you have a good builder. I trust the Chatwin’s and would not hesitate to fully recommend them to anyone who would ask. If we decide to build yet again, they will definitely be our builder. this is a five star company with no reservations, coming from a very picky customer couple who has built several homes before.

The Chatwin’s had the vision with our dream lot we purchased in 2017 in Provo’s Rock Canyon. I was thinking remodel
and he said, “No ….That lot deserves a Parade of Homes (2018 Wolf Point )house built on it”The massive project was done on schedule and exceeded our expectations. They gracefully persuaded us on some things we thought we wanted but we are glad we listened to their experienced opinion. In July it will be 6 years and we haven’t had any major issues. It won an award at the parade of homes and we love the home Chatwin Homes built for us.
