As a service provider in the area, I have to say they are the most unfriendly gate individuals to deal with, they won’t allow you to go through the chimney rock gate with a tiny little trailer to pick up a water heater from a customer’s home, even though they let you come out the gate with a trailer on no problem. Instead, they make you drive Miles around and all the way through the community past every little area with a trailer. It feels like they just came up with the most arbitrary rules to pretend there’s something special

Red Ledges just gets better and better. For me, one of my favorite amenities is the shuttle service we have to and from Deer Valley. And with the 3 restaurants we have to choose from for lunch at Deer Valley, it makes the experience of skiing that much more enjoyable. All of this and more is included in our annual membership dues. It all boils down to how well our club is run. John Johnson, our General Manager, and his staff can be credited with providing a first class experience! I can not picture myself anywhere else!

Always a blast here! The cabin we stay in is phenomenal and the options of activities are great for the whole family. Golfing, yoga, pickeball, horseback riding, etc. There is something for everyone here.

Quality private gated golf community on east side of Heber Valley featuring nice amenities and custom homes at the luxury level. The views are often insane and primarily mountain/Valley with Mt Timpanogos usually being the sought after view.

We are so happy to have purchased a lot in Red Ledges. The views are breathtaking and the climate year round makes it easy to be active. The community itself is well planned and is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the members. The diversity in activities - within the community and nearby make it easy to have something for everyone - all ages. We personally love the trails, equestrian center, pools, pickleball courts, game room and on-site restaurants. The quality of everything is top notch.

Living at Red Ledges has greatly exceeded our expectations. We absolutely LOVE living here and enjoying all of the many activities and social functions. The casual atmosphere truly suits our personalities and we pinch ourselves daily when looking out our windows at the stunning mountain views.

Red Ledges is an amazing community! The golf courses, pools, trails, equestrian center and other amenities are fabulous, with more being planned and implemented. The programming is varied and interesting but the BEST part by far are the friendly, fun people! There is always so much to do and awesome people to do it with. We are so happy to have discovered Red Ledges and to have become a part of this top notch community!

We are looking to settle in Utah in the near future and continue to come back to this beautiful location. The setting is spectacular with the Heber valley in the background along with deer creek. We found the food and setting of the clubhouse to be wonderful. We love the variety of amenities and the peaceful lifestyle found within the community. Jenee in sales office has been so helpful. We always look forward to our return trips to Utah and our time spent in this community.
