Updated 1 star review- communication is really an issue for this company as well as timeliness and quality control. This is based on our overall experiences where you only get an answer if you leave a bad review or hassle them for a week.
Updated 4 Star Review - Priority Homes took prompt actions to help address our complaints in our earlier review. They explained the plans clearly and in great detail while honestly acknowledging the areas of development that they cannot control. This is exactly what we have needed! We feel much more content knowing what to expect. It is also so much easier to be understanding of the delays and changes knowing that Priority Homes is also frustrated by the circumstances they cannot control. We wish they would communicate like this all the time, and hopeful this type of communication will continue going forward.
We were also personally contacted with some options to help address our situation specifically and ensure that we feel satisfied with their service. Now that our frustrations with communication have been alleviated, it is easier to recognize the excellent work they did on our townhouse. We love the design and appreciate the quality. We hope to live here many years!

1 Star Review- Priority Homes has been more than a year behind on construction and landscaping in the townhome community we live in. They have not communicated to us well about the delays or the plans for continuing. When they do contact us and answer our questions, the answers they give are often vague, confusing, or incomplete for the entirety of their plans.
While they have conducted business with us legally concerning development and payments, we feel they have misrepresented the purchase we made. The plans for development that were talked about and that we were sold on were not included in the contract, which was not a point made obvious to us at the time of signing.
1 year after purchase, we still feel caught off guard by development happening that "was always in the plans" but that was never communicated to us and is different that what we expected. Originally, we would have given a much more positive review. But now we feel ignored and unimportant since they already have our money.

We are about a week away from moving into our new home and we absolutely love it. Even though we picked a house plan that they have built multiple times we were able to change and pick out enough different things with our home it feels like we are getting a custom home. If we have had any issues at all I have been able to get a hold of Garrison or Travis and they have been quick to get it fixed for us. I would highly recommend Priority Homes to anyone looking to build a house. Thanks You guys.

Priority Homes was amazing through the Holiday season. We thought our home progress would be stalled with all the holidays, but to our great surprise the owners worked steadily, even on weekends by their own choice. They are a super group to work with.

Priority Homes is exactly what their name means. We are currently in the process of having them build a home for us. Their general contractor had to have foot surgery. We thought for sure our home would be stalled for a few days, but not only was it not stalled, the general showed up the next day, cast and all, to make sure the crew had things ready for our inspection. They really do put their customers as a priority.

We really loved our experience with Priority Homes because of their upgrade policy. We had several upgrades we wanted to do and they only charged us for the cost of the upgrade rather than nickel and diming us for every extra in the hopes of making a lit

Priority Homes seemed to have a good variety of offerings for house plans and options. In the end, we decided to go with a different group that we felt could customize to our needs a little better.
