No call back from this realtor. She sells property in three Desert Sky community in Yuma AZ. Brand new floor installed in new construction home with damage before occupying the property. They installed vinyl floor that is one whole piece but remediate the damage by gluing remnant pieces. They Look horrible. Poor customer service. Sending them out for a 3rd time to repair in 3 weeks because they refuse to replace the floor. They also installed the carpet in living room using remnants that had big ugly seams in three middle of the floor. They have a D- rating with the BBB. Builder refuses to help

Typical era Matt Fischer. No response. Given the run around. Monica tells you to call this person, contact that subcontractor. It’s not their fault it’s the other persons fault. Blah blah blah! You have been warned. Buying a hall brother home and needing warranty repairs is a joke. Nobody wants to take ownership of the repairs. If I could attach the email thread I would.
