By far the best HOA management out there. Every manager is dedicated to give your HOA the best possible experience. I’ve worked with several other groups in the Salt Lake Valley over the years and I can genuinely say PMS is the group you can trust to do what’s best for you and your community.

This company can't be trusted. Do not rent from them. They would not do a final walk through with me, and then charged outrageous fees for things that didn't need to be done. The home was cleaner when I moved out then when I moved in and there was still a $594 cleaning invoice. See my move out pictures that I attached. They also charged me an additional $297 to replace light-bulbs when there were none that needed to be replaced, fixed blinds that I had put needed to be fixed on my move in list of things that needed to be done, and patched and painted walls which was also on my move in list. Don't make the mistake I did and rent from them. They are criminals.

Not pleased with this management company. They raise HOA fee every year since we hired them. However, nothing has been done, except putting up couple unnecessary parking signs. Home owners still have to do everything and pay everything out of our own pockets, such as close the pool, clean windows?! Not to mention garage doors were not fixed after more than 2 months, which leads to cars that parted inside the garage got vandalized and still no responses. They were able to provide video footages which the home owners paid more than 100K for the monitors and internet to support the monitors each months. It's a very suspicious and unreliable company.

Hands down the nicest and easiest property management we have ever had. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences through out our 2 yr lease, which we just decided to renew for another year. All maintenance requests were responded to and handled in a timely manner. We enjoy working with Lorie, she's the BEST!

We were not pleased with this company. They never let you know what's going on behind HOA paperwork. And very bad communication! They are never available unless you go show up in person. I do not trust this company.

PMS is right and the perfect acronym for how the staff act. I am so glad that my bf has finally escaped the property being managed by them. Maintenance requests always went ignored until there was significant damage and our landlord would then have to call them to remind them their job is to handle property needs not him. Front desk girl is beyond rude and shouldn't act like she's still answering the phone for Walmart where she can act like a brat. If you are a renter in a condo community stay away from any that have PMS as their management or you'll wish you had listened to all the negative reviews. Bad bad bad company. No wonder they have a D- on the BBB site.

Michelle and Shannon are so great to work with. They are getting our HOA board organized and getting our property back on track to being the best it can be. Both are great at communication and finding solutions. My stress has decreased exponentially knowing they are on top of things.

I have not had much experience with property managers, but it has not been great. That is, until Patty at PMS came into our lives! She has been wonderful to work with. Responsive, helpful, and truly seems to care about our community. Don't ask for Patty if you sign up with PMS because we don't want to lose her!
