Some tenants praise the property's cleanliness, the overall condition of the apartments, and the strategic location. Positive remarks often focus on the management team's responsiveness and the quality of the living spaces.

Addressing Potential Concerns

It is important to acknowledge feedback regarding specific building layouts, particularly concerning noise levels in certain units (like those facing pools). Potential tenants should carefully consider these factors when selecting their unit, perhaps opting for locations further from recreational facilities or on higher floors. Another recurring theme is the awareness of additional fees associated with apartment rentals, which is common in the industry but residents should confirm all potential charges before signing a lease.

Despite these considerations, many reviews indicate a willingness to recommend The Pointe, highlighting the positive aspects of their management and property maintenance. This suggests that for tenants willing to carefully evaluate unit-specific factors, The Pointe can offer a satisfactory rental experience.

Beautiful apartments and great location. Just a heads up, do NOT get an apartment in building A facing the pool of you want to be able to enjoy your home during the “open pool” season! It’s noisy all day everyday and you have to wear noise canceling headphones to hear yourself think. They also pack on the extra fees which is normal for apartment complexes these days. I will not be renewing my lease.
Other than that I would highly recommend The Pointe and I give them praise for keeping everything clean and nice.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of calling The Point apartments our home for the past three wonderful years. From the moment we moved in, we knew we'd made the right choice. These apartments are not only pretty new but also situated in the absolute best location. We can't count the number of times we've enjoyed leisurely walks to Smith's, making daily life incredibly convenient.

The amenities here are fantastic! The pool, hot tub, and gym have been our go-to spots for relaxation and staying active. The management and maintenance teams have always been quick to respond to any requests, making us feel truly cared for.

In summary, there's just so much to love about The Point apartments. If you're looking for a comfortable, modern, and convenient place to call home, look no further. We highly recommend it!

Parking IS A JOKE! Could never really have friends or family over because there’s not enough parking but if you love a place where it seems like dogs are barking 24/7 this is your spot

My brother and I lived here for 6 months over Winter, we were very content. We strategically grabbed the unit that got sun all day and was facing the farm land to the south so it was quiet, bright and peaceful. Gym is was great, hot tub was great (down about once a week for chemical balancing), club house was great to play pool, maintenance was responsive, walking distance to grocery store.

People have written that the HVAC isnt powerful enough to heat/cool the whole unit. We noticed that, the second bedroom and bathroom definitely suffers compared to the master and kitchen but its not like you are going to freeze/get heatstroke. I think its fine, unit was still comfortable.

Sure it was not perfect, but its an apartment, if you want perfect go buy your own home. We were sad to leave with our overall positive experience

(*pending security deposit return, we are very clean so I would be upset if they nickel and dimed us*).

Management is no help to resolve problems of theft. Packages get left for taking in the mail room, then when you report to management they say there’s nothing they can do. Only to later say they suddenly have footage, and then not get back to you in time before the footage is erased. Highly disappointed but not surprised because theft has been an ongoing problem. Don’t move here unless you want a lot of money wasted(:

I have had an awesome stay here. Office staff has (Justine) has been super kind and Ben the maintenance guy is on top of things with a smile. Amenities are super nice too!

And to address the negative comments here, yes there was a brief time where there was an issue with the delivery services, however, it seems that was on the carriers, not the apartment. Carriers had the option of using the LuxerOne parcel service you see at many other apartments but they just weren't.

I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

We moved in right when the newest building was finished being built. At first there were almost no problems, just small maintenance that was fixed within an hour so can’t really complain. Ben - who runs maintenance is very patient and helpful, maybe the only good thing i can think of about this place tbh.

The lights in the bedroom began to turn on and off randomly throughout the day and night. We complained about it multiple times to the office staff but they seemed to just brush it off and told me maintenance would come just to make me go away.
The garages also open by themselves throughout the night, along with the smart home door lock that each apartment front door has. Multiple complaints have been filed with the office but nothing has been actually followed through with.
Recently a vehicle got stolen right next to the parcel room, which is directly next to the main front office. They do not have cameras practically anywhere, let alone the parking lot.
The parking lot doesn’t have enough spots in general to have the people living in said apartments park close to their door. Most people have to park in the road around the apartment or in the parking lots of Smith’s market place or the medical institutions next to the complex.

My husband and I are very great full that we will be moving once our lease is up. We have gotten to the point that we have lost sleep because we do not feel safe in our own living area. 10/10 would not recommend to my friends and family.

The best thing about this apartment is the amazing maintenance. Being newly built apartments there have been a few things that needed follow up and Ben, the gentleman that heads up the maintenance department- has come by multiple times to fix things. He has taken care of things quickly and efficiently. The only downsides have been lack of communication or caring from the front office staff. Haven’t had any problems with neighbors etc. area is nice with quick access to local stores, freeway etc.
