In a complex real estate climate, it is important to partner with experienced problem-solvers like Patrick Howell. From negotiating a purchase price to gracefully navigating due diligence and financing on a vacant lot, I could count on Patrick to coach his seller on his expectations in order to come to equitable terms between the parties. Making it to the closing table requires finesse and collaboration, and I could unequivocally count on Patrick for both. My buyers are thrilled about the location of their future home in Hideout Canyon and I’d consider myself lucky to cross paths with Patrick again soon.

Our family recently purchased a home in Park City, Utah. Patrick Howell at Mountain Home Real Estate was our agent. We have purchased several homes in the past and given we are very picky we feel like our expectations are never met. This is the first time I can confidently say my expectations were exceeded in every part of this transaction. From the initial meeting, to screening for homes, negotiations, financing, coordination, and closing every expectation was met. Patrick did several individual walk-throughs of our home before deciding it was worthy of us flying down in person. And once we put an offer on the home he did a tremendous amount of legwork helping us get all of inspections and miscellaneous items that you do when you buy a home. Then even after we bought the home he assisted us with renovations and letting people access our home. Also when it came time to get a property manager he set up a series of interviews to make sure we found the best person. All of this was done happily for us. We could go on and on. We will definitely never use anyone else as our agent when looking to buy or sell in Park City.
