We had a tremendous experience with Trent and the Modern Out West team with both the original build-out and the expansion of our Sugarhouse headquarters. Trent and his team were able to keenly interpret our vision for the shell we started with. With each obstacle we encountered they found elegant solutions in keeping with our vision and voice. We were doubling in size in a short period of time and had big concerns about our culture in our space. Now our people and those who visit have a space that communicates Us! We are able to provide the home and experience beyond what we expected to be able to end up with. Trent was especially close to the details and managed the process far beyond what I had expected him to to do- and so much of this was during Covid. He knew the suppliers, the contractors, every step in the chain. Anyone trying to build in the past year hears me, its insane but Trent made it thrive.
