I recently had the opportunity to work with Lisa Lowery (Adapt Consulting) on a Design Build, Chiller Mechanical project for the Federal Government. By taking into consideration that this was a time critical DB project the entire team coordination was extremely important to the success of the project. Throughout the duration of the project Adapt Consulting provided the CM services and represented the client.

Their knowledge of the government processes and understanding of the contractor’s view allowed them to merged the owner, tenant and contractor into a successful partnership. Without their partnering approach with a problem-solving attitude on this project, schedules would not have been met.

Their full-time engagement to this project allowed this fast-track schedule / project to be completed ahead of schedule.

I certainly will continue to work with Adapt Consulting in the future and would highly recommend their services to other clients.
