We couldn’t be happier with the final results of our project with Universe Construction. We love our new bathroom! Aaron took a great deal of time to listen to our ideas, make some very astute suggestions (which helped us steer clear of some serious mistakes in our original plan), and dealt with us on a very personal level to make sure our bathroom remodel turned out in the best possible way. We hired Universe Construction for two major projects: a new roof installation and a full home remodel, which included our kitchen and two bathrooms. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were exceptional. Yes they took a little longer than expected but that was to be expected in the industry.

The roofing team worked efficiently and left our property clean and tidy each day. The new roof looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing it’s built to last. The roofing came with a 30 year warranty.

The home remodel was equally impressive. They transformed our kitchen and bathrooms into modern, functional, and beautiful spaces. We discovered Universe Construction at a home show and had a good feeling about Aaron and his company. We had 2 bathrooms done and felt that the bid was fair even though it came in a little higher than originally promised. Aaron was invested in this project from the beginning and was eager for our bathrooms to be what we had planned on.
When the quality of the tile work started going downhill, we expressed our concerns. It eventually became apparent to Aaron and my husband and I that the quality of work he promised us and that his company was known for was not happening. He agreed to start over from scratch in our master shower AND the half bathroom at his cost. Mind you, the tile work was completed and everything….with so many mistakes. BUT…this is what I loved about this company. He sent his best workers the second time and everything is AMAZING!! Yes, it took a lot longer than the original timeline promised but it was done with 5 star quality and I will forever be grateful for Aaron’s integrity. He even had professional cleaners come and clean my whole house afterwards. We are so pleased with the results..from the tile work, to our beautiful vanities, to the shower!!!
