We got a home with Element last May, and we loved it. We worked with Desi and Jerry when we were buying the house and they answered all of my many questions and were very compassionate and thoughtful. Since then we have had a couple of minor fixes and a crack in the floor of our master bath shower, they have been amazing throughout all of it. Mike has helped so much in making sure we are taken care of, fixing the water heater, and the shower even though the problems came about from manufacturing issues. thank your element team members!!!!!!!!

We’re so impressed with Element Homes. They build quality homes while paying attention to detail and making sure everything is perfect. When we started this process, Sandy immediately responded to our emails and gave us information regarding our inquiries. Desi was so helpful as we walked through different models to make sure we found the home that best fit our needs. She was so easy to work with and quickly got back to us any time we had a question. Manny was amazing during the walk through and made sure anything that was a concern was immediately taken care of. Working with Element was THE BEST!! This was my husband and I's first time buying a home and Element could not have made it any easier! During construction, we noticed that one of the lights was in a weird place and it was bugging us. We reached out to Element and they had it moved THE NEXT DAY!! It was always super easy to get ahold of them and they answered every question we had! The house itself also has TONS of nice features that other homes in our price range didn't have. All of our features/appliances/finishes are high-quality, our cabinets are all soft close, we have tall doors, we have tons of outlets in convenient spots (They put 2 in my pantry and its THE BEST!) I feel as if every inch of my house was thoroughly thought through!

Mike and Desi were the best! Desi helped us through each step of the buying process and was super easy to work with! She was super easy to get ahold of and made sure to answer any questions we had! We originally were looking at another home in the neighborhood but mentioned we wished it was on a different lot. Desi found us the same home on the lot we wanted within minutes of us mentioning this! She was GREAT! The week before closing we had a walkthrough with Mike and he made sure to make note of everything that needed to be fixed! There were even super small things like Caulk lines that me and my husband wouldn't have even noticed and he pointed it out and had it fixed for closing the next week! At closing he was there to welcome us to our new home! He was so great to work with!

As first time home buyers, I'm glad we had someone like Mike to guide us throughout the process!

Element homes was Incredible to work with!!!! They really made us feel like home from the moment we stepped foot In their model through the negotiation process through the entire escrow process!!! They made us feel like this is our house from the beginning & they took great care of our family and our new home!!! I am not a big fan of builders but this builder is different than most! Easy to work with & great craftsmanship!!! These homes are built well with a special touch with upgrades included in all of their homes & they are competitively priced as well!!!! We bought an element home in may 2024 in santaquin Utah. The biggest problem I have had with element homes is the obvious sloppiness in finishing up the house. Baseboards not being sealed, giant holes and screws not being covered, large paint pieces chipping off the walls/baseboards/underneath the kitchen counters. Hardware completely ripping off the walls. Things that before we moved in we pointed out needed to be fixed- were reassured they would be- like a giant hole in the fence and then it never being fixed. Air vents put in crooked. The light switches being the opposite of off vs on. Underneath bathroom sinks the drawers clearly were put in wrong or were not supposed to fit and they just cut it to make it fit. So lazy on all the finishing touches. Carpet that you can feel isn’t laid correctly and has bubbles underneath it. Not to mention the construction workers complete disregard for the people living in the homes. One construction worker did over a thousand dollars of damage to one of our cars. For three months we were the only residents on the street and the construction workers would block our entire driveway and park massive work trucks and machines directly jn front of our driveway blocking us for getting our cars iut of the garage. I missed work because of their trucks and machines blocking our driveway! The only resident on the street, an entire street open for parking, and they park giant trucks and machinery in front of our driveway. I have missed work because of not being able to get my car out of the garage. A trucks tailgate did massive damage to one of our cars costing over a thousand dollars in repairs. After we brought up the issues of our car being damaged and our driveway constantly being blocked to where we can’t get our cars out of the garage- it continued to happen. Issues being brought up about the home and it never being fixed. Sprinklers constantly going out and the pure laziness in all the finishing touches of the home. Giant screw holes in bathroom drawers where they obviously drilled multiple times into the wrong spots and didn’t even try and cover up the massive and many screw holes in the top bathroom drawers. I don’t think the bathroom drawers were supposed to fit because underneath the sink the drawers are cut and, sawed, and mis shaped in what I believe was there attempt to fit the drawers. Giant red writing left under neath our kitchen counter top. Very lazy sloppy work. The ONLY saving grace of this business is Desi. And she should be given the biggest raise because she is incredible. Always quick to respond, helpful, and actually does the things she says. As for the quality of the home- such lazy and quick messy work that creates big eye sores in a brand new half a million dollar home. Very unfortunate

Everyone at Element Homes, literally the entire crew, from the ladies in the Office (Sandy & Dessie), to Mike who is overseeing the construction of these beautifully detail oriented homes, have been an absolute dream to work with. With their guided help we have seamlessly walked through this entire process from start to finish blissfully; every question & concern we asked was answered swiftly, & there has been no guess work throughout the whole buying & building process. In addition to them being a true AllStar team, we can tell these homes have been built with pride & with an honest desire to maximize these homes on the owners behalf (a very rare occurrence these days). The details throughout the entire home & all the extra features & upgrades Element Homes adds to these builds are jaw dropping; we have walked through MANY new builds, & most have cost FAR more, are built terribly, & they don’t have nearly the same quality or “perks” that these homes come with. We are so incredibly grateful for the price & quality of our home, & have recommended all our friends & family build with Element Homes!
