I feel fortunate to have been referred to Annie when we were ready to sell our house. We had been overwhelmed with all that needed to be done to get our house “show ready”, and were getting nowhere, almost paralyzed with the enormity of the undertaking especially as we were crunched for time, needing to get it sold before the snow started coming down in the mountains where we had lived for almost 25 years.

Annie was confident that we could sell it in the time allotted and get a decent price. Things moved very quickly— she lined up professionals to help with organizing, cleaning, staging and more when I didn’t have a clue about all that needed to be done and who to call.

I really don’t think we could have been successful without all her help. I wish we would have been able to buy our new home from her (how can we go back to an average realtor?), but alas we’re moving out of state. She worked to find us a good realtor in the area we were moving to.
