This team was wonderful to work with. My bin arrived on time and they picked it up on time. They gave me easy instructions on how and what to put in it. The price was perfect for the job we needed done. They are a great group to work with.

I had an incident back on March 5 2024 about 6:55 am this truck had a bunch of boxes fly out from the top it appeared it was not secure, they flew out on to the I215 freeway west bound on to on coming traffic. it caused several cars behind it to swerve and almost cause several collisions. The cars that swerved sped up to get the drivers attention and honked at the driver, the driver instead of slowing down sped up! I sped up as well to get his attention because 2 of the boxes hit my front bumper and hood and was able to get a picture of the truck. Driver just kept speeding and did not not slow down. My frustration is I called that same morning of the incident to report and told I would get call back and I never did. i have called 6 times now since March 5 leaving my information with customer service saying they are going to escalate it and have someone called me I still have had no call back and every time I call and leave my information I am being told maybe my information was lost This is the worst company to report any type of incident regarding there drivers as well as any type of safety concern!!

Excellent service and customer care. Shout out to both April & Destiny. They both helped me with a move and they went above and beyond to ensure everything turned out just like it needed to. Even when we had some construction setbacks. Thank you!

They pushed my fence over with their container three years ago. They keep promising to do a claim on it and never have. Their fees keep going up. They charge ridiculous amounts for overage or additional pick ups. I have lost two tenants because of them.

Drop off and pick up went well. I tried to reserve it online but it did not work and I had to call to reserve it. I was sent an invoice by WM even though I had paid previously. That was taken care of with one phone call but the invoice should never have been sent to me.

Asked driver if he could do a second dump for us and he refused. Also company is very hard to get ahold of.

The driver(s) who is supposed to empty my trash each week picks and chooses when he wants to dump it. He looks inside and if he doesn't think it's full enough then he doesn't do it. It took 3 weeks at one point before he finally decided that it was worth emptying. I got so sick of it I finally called them and had them change the time to when I was here and could monitor it. Even after I changed my scheduled pickup time they still show up at the old time and fail to show up at the new time. This company is ridiculous and I would highly suggest going somewhere else if you are looking to pay for trash services

Horrible ethics, Use anyone but them, look around at their reviews, they are awful! The charge 3 times more than other companies and constantly hike up their prices as well as charge outrageous fines if you ever overfill your can even a little bit. They lock you into a 3 year contract that you are required to endure, even though they can change the price at anytime. They do this all legally in their documents, and its wrong! They need to be sued and held accountable, but they are such a big company they get away with it. Run away!!
