We decided to finish our basement in the Spring of 2020. After speaking with Abe with Evergreen Construction & Utah Basement Finishing we chose them based on the fact that they had finished over 11 other basements in our neighborhood, that Abe's design was the best compared to the two other's we had completed and their pricing was completely transparent and easy to understand exactly what the cost would be.
The construction process went well and our project manager did a very good job of communicating with us. They finished our basement in the budget as promised and on time.

Recently had my basement finished WOW. I have not had a better experience with a contractor. The price was competitive, the work was completed ahead of schedule, Abe was completely understanding of all my questions and concerns through the whole process, and his guys all were incredibly respectful. They're always busy and it's easy to tell why, but the wait is definitely worth the wait.
