Received a wonderful tour of the community with Nate! It’s very thoughtfully planned for families and friends to gather! My son purchased a home with an amazing large lot with gorgeous Mountain View’s! I love the huge 3 car garage! He was treated so well with the process of his purchase! I was impressed with the quality and care thru the home buying process! He used their mortgage company and got even better rates than expected! The whole process was simple and easy! I just helped him and his wife move in and I am completely impressed with the quality! I highly recommend Nate and DR Horton! Great experience❤️

I went and looked at 3 of these homes on Saturday with a guy named Nathan... He was very pushy. I think his previous job in Vegas was a timeshare salesman! The second home we looked at had 4 vertical cracks in the stucco above the garage and a couple horizontal cracks in the stucco by the front door of the house. These homes are going up way to fast not allowing proper time for concrete to cure, installing stucco to thin exc. When I asked this man why DR Horton had such bad reviews elsewhere in other communities they had built he reassured me that those weren't in Utah (i challenge you to look for yourself)... This salesman also said the homes are dig to done in 65 days!!! Not a good idea when building a home in my opinion. If you buy a home here I strongly suggest you spend the money to get an Inspection prior to close... I would have possibly given this place a 3 star if the salesman hadn't been so pushy! Good luck. Funny how after I posted this review, 4 other reviews popped up trying to flush my review out. I Strongly Encourage you to check the other reviews on DR Horton homes in the Utah Valley!!! J/S
