Mike has been fantastic to work with on my dance studio remodel project. I have never done anything like this before and Mike was incredibly helpful every step of the way. This is the second project with this company. I wouldn’t do work with anyone else.the communication, detailed work and the quality of work is outstanding! I always know where I stand. Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! He helped me with drawings for my dance studio's expansion. We had a pretty narrow deadline, but he was able to get everything done in a timely manner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt take advantage of and always felt well informed. WDS is amazing! I leveraged their feasibility service and it was worth every cent. They walked me through the entire process step by step and provided so much value. It helped me to have a better understanding of the space I was getting into and the needs to make that space work. Absolutely will leverage again for any future architecture needs.

Around May 2017 I started looking for an Architect for my Chiropractic office build-out. Mike was recommended to me from another doctor who had his architectural work done by WDS Architecture. I can not begin to describe just how detailed Mike is. If you are looking for someone who won't miss any details , Mike is your guy.

After Mike had finished the job he continued to reach out and check to see how the construction process was going. He continuously asked if I needed help and at one point I did. My contractor needed something halfway through the build-out, so I contacted Mike and he was able to help me solve this issue. I'm not sure how other architects work but I will say I certainly had peace of mind with Mike in my corner.

I would most definitely recommend Mike and will be utilizing him for my next project.

Mike Marden assisted in adding a new front patio and seating area/patio to the front of our home. He took care of the drawings, getting the permits, getting the subcontractors set up and coordinated. He kept the whole project moving along and even finished a head of schedule. He was always there with good suggestions and input (but he also was very receptive to our wants and wishes). Great job Mike!
