I met with Diana to view the properties and she was very friendly and welcoming. I also just met Jason, a new part of their team. The properties in Kennewick WA are very nice and most are newly built. The properties are located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Me and my kids have been here almost 6 months and I'm planning on staying another year at least. Keep it up Diana and Jason!!

I was recently promoted and we had to move to the Tri-Cities. We were in the process of preparing to sell our existing house and needed to quickly relocate. My wife found the perfect townhouse that met all our needs and we contacted Diana. Diana immediately responded and scheduled a viewing with us. We explained our tight timeline and Diana went the extra mile to ensure the process kept moving forward throughout the weekend. Diana was able to not only meet but exceed our expectations and we were able to actually move in three days earlier than expected.
We've lived in the townhouse for almost six months now with no complaints. Diana and Ameritrue consistently communicate through emil and text about events that are taking place within the community; snow removal, waste management services, and new construction, etc. The online and app capability to communicate with them and pay rent is easy to navigate and detailed. The community is quiet and well kept.
Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with our decision to work with Diana and Ameritrue and especially pleased with the new townhouse. Our current life stage, empty nest grandparents, and the amount of hours I work have caused us to seriously reconsider buying a home in the Tri-Cities due to the positive experience we are having with Ameritrue. This is our first time renting and we're leaning towards staying right where we are as long as I'm working at this location.

We have lived here since October and overall have had a great experience. Any problems we have had, they have been resolved. The community is growing rapidly, so, construction is ongoing everyday. Overall, is a very nice community. It’s quiet and well kept, Diana and Jason are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.
