I met Brian when I called to see a house and that was the best thing that could have happened. Even though he was not my agent, he spent an hour answering all my questions after showing the house. That was my experience with him for months. His advice was spot on, and he helped me find my house and get my offer in to the buyer in record time. Brian was awsome to work with. He helped get everything done for closing and always worked on my schedule. We ended up having a hard time with one of the grant programs but Brian always called and gave me the information he knew or if i asked he would call me with what he had or find out for me. would recommend for anyone

Brian is amazing! If I could rate higher than a five star I would because Brian took the time to get to know us, our needs, and our wants in a home. We gave him a list of homes and I casually added a “and maybe this house”. Brian knew the areas and the homes and had identified that last minute add on house as the home that we would love and he was absolutely right!!!! We are first time home buyers and he gave us guidance to start the process of knowing what to look for in a lender. He answered every question throughout the process or directed us to the person who would have the answer we needed. We have other friends/family who have also bought with Brian. He is highly recommended.

Brian did a great job. He explained the entire house selling process, he helped us to get the house prepared so that once the home was listed it was under contract within 24 hours.
He worked hard with the appraiser to get the house valued at $20,000 more than an appraisal 6 months earlier. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy or sell their home
