Bill helped my family find a home in a very difficult time to buy a home. As a first time home buyer we did not know exactly what we were looking for. Our idea of what we needed changed as we looked at house after house. Bill was great at adjusting as we figured out what we needed.

While we were looking at houses Bill always made time for us as soon as we found a house we wanted to look at. It didn't matter if it was a weekend or week night after work. He had houses scheduled and quick to let us know when we could go. I was impressed with how Bill made us feel like we were his number one priority.

We feel Bill had strategies when making offers that allowed us to be competitive. During 2022 Bill's experience made it so we had competitive offers without giving up things that we found important like home inspections. We were 3/3 on getting offers accepted. One my wife got cold feet. Another we were accepted as backup. The last is the house that we ended up in. It had multiple offers and we ended up getting it at just barely over asking. Bill was the biggest reason that we ended up getting our favorite house at a great price.
