Angie Erickson helped us get our new house under contract when we visited 2 months ago from out of state and she is amazing. She kept us informed daily of the progress of everything, from the home inspection, repairs, working with our loan officer, etc., and had already done so much for us leading up to the last hour before our loan went final before closing, but really showed her expertise when she was given 1 hour to lower the purchase price by $15K, get it signed by the builder's agent, get it to us for signature and submit it to the loan company, all while (we later discovered) she was in another state on business! She got it done and saved us $15K! She is a black belt of realtor knowledge and really great person. My wife and I were so impressed with Angie.

Candice Lamb helped us buy our home this year. I can not say enough great things about working with Candice! We have worked with other Realitor’s in the past and she is by far the best! Between helping keep our toddlers occupied while we toured a house and being very knowledgeable about the properties before even stepping foot in the homes were just a few amazing things. She is diligent and thorough when it comes to finding your perfect house! She helped make this buying process a breeze and working with her was the best experience we have had buying a house! Candice Lamb is the best realtor we have worked with. She took us to over 40homes over a period of a few weeks. She brought things to keep our toddlers entertained while we walked thru the homes on some of the days we weren’t able to get a babysitter. She also listened to what we wanted not just in the home but in negotiating the terms we wanted and was very upfront about what she thought was appropriate or not appropriate to ask for from sellers based on how long the home had been on the market, etc.
