I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Katelyn Merino. Without any prior discussion, I was sent a listing agreement for my home, despite the fact that the house was awarded to me in my divorce. Rather than reaching out to discuss the situation first, the realtor, who is a friend of my ex-wife, simply emailed me documents to sign as if the sale was already decided.

When I responded, instead of respecting my clear decision not to sell, I was pressured with claims about why selling would be better for me. The realtor even mentioned my ex-wife by name, making it clear she was acting in her interest rather than maintaining professional neutrality. A professional realtor should prioritize ethical conduct and clear communication, not push their client’s agenda onto others. If you value transparency and respect in real estate transactions, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I have worked with Jennifer Yeo and Presidio 2 times and I guarantee I will work with them again in the future. The first time was my 21 year old son who was recently married and looking for a home that he and his wife could afford and be happy in. Jen was so patient and understanding. They were first time home buyers and she took the time to really identify their needs and help them find their perfect first home. They were so blessed to have worked with the best of the best and now they are living in their happy home and will definitely use her services again when they are ready to upgrade. My husband and I were so impressed with the service that our son received we have decided to work with Presidio and Jennifer again. We are currently looking at houses with Jen. She is so patient! Our family worked with Jennifer Yeo and her team at Presidio Real Estate on an estate sale. It was a challenge to say the least. My mother is the executor of the estate and experiences some memory issues. Jennifer was so patient, communicative, kind and understanding. She went above and beyond to showcase the home beautifully, as well as provide top notch service to us, start to finish. It was complicated with water shares, a shared well and more. The communication was stellar. When we left the closing my mother commented that there is no way we could have ever paid Jennifer enough for all the work and research time she had invested. Working with and trusting Suzanne and Linda was a huge mistake for my family.. They will "guide" you into making decisions that they have no idea what the outcome will be. I feel like I was completely misguided, misinformed, and trusted someone who I never should have. This mistake cost me thousands of dollars and a ton of wasted time. I feel I was lied to, and treated as if me & my family's wellbeing did not matter. I was looking to buy a home at a very crucial time, & was very upfront that if it wasn't a for sure thing then I didn't want to proceed. A good loan officer & Real Estate Broker would have guided me into what was needed to buy a home. Everything they "guided" me into was a dead end. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE TWO TO ANYONE.
