I really enjoyed working with Brad! We have now purchased two homes and sold one while working with Brad. I really liked his personality and how he was able to work with my husband to make us feel confident in our decisions. I felt like he was able to treat us like his favorite candidates and that we were his only focus at that time. He is very nice but is able to make sure people do what they are supposed to in the buying and selling process. I never felt pressured by him and he was so patient with our family and our needs. I feel like he was able to connect with us on personal level and we all felt like family. Thanks Brad!

I have worked with Brad twice now. Once to buy our first home and another time to sell our first home and get into a second. Brad's knowledge of the housing market as well as having great connections was a real benefit to us. He was able to help us get into our first home at a great negotiated price and did a great job of managing all parties involved to get things done on time. When we decided to move, he came in and wasted no time listing our home when we were ready. He had pictures of our home done professionally and was able to get consistent showings quickly to sell our home at the price we wanted. Brad was also a great help in negotiating the buy of our second home and made sure we were getting the best deal possible. I was impressed at his ability to keep a timeline on track for us to sell and buy so that there wasn't a panic to look for a temporary place to stay. I know that not every situation is the same as far as timelines go, but he does his very best and isn't afraid to ruffle feathers for his clients. I am very confident in Brad's professional abilities and would definitely hire him again if I ever buy property. Thanks Brad!

We met Brad through our friends that were selling their home. They were impressed with how wiling he was to help them get their home ready to sell. Brad began taking us around town looking for homes. He was always positive and vey easy to work with. Even when we decided to purchase a family members home Brad stayed with us and was very willing to help us make sure the transaction was completed properly. He was even willing to reduce his fee because we chose a home he did not show us.
We would be happily recommend Brad to our friends and family that are selling their homes.

Working with Brad to sell 2 of our homes and purchase 2 homes was delightful. We used Brad in the sell of our last home and the buy/building of our new home. Brad was extremely helpful and patient with us through the whole process, even after much back and forth on buying an existing home, and then ending up building our current home. Brad had our best interest in mind and didn't pressure us in any way. With our buy Brad was with us every step of the way and dealt with the difficult/frustrating things for us. In the sell of our last home, Brad was very on top of the process, confident, and knowledgeable of the market. We were referred to Brad by my in-laws who have used him for buying several of their properties. They highly recommended him and we felt so grateful to have found an agent we knew we could trust. We just bought our first home with his help and though I was nervous to make this first big step he made the process seem less daunting. We had an excellent experience with Brad. He was precise and timely in his communications. He had great knowledge of and experience in Davis County and was able to steer us to the best neighborhoods for our needs. I would come into town for a few hours at a time and he would literally run from house to house with me so I could see as many as possible in the limited time. He guided us through the purchase process and helped us get settled. Brad is well connected and helped us find a great lender as well. As a military family, we've moved more than we care to remember and Brad has definitely been the best realtor we've ever worked with. We are very grateful he was referred to us.
