Fieldstone is building a home for us right now and we are closing soon. We have had a very positive experience so far. Josh, the sales representative was kind and patient and definitely not pushy- super chill to work with. The communication and updates have been very good. The project managers, Colton and Jason, have been so helpful and addressed any concerns. We liked working with Brook at the design center and love the choices of finishes we ended up with. They have stayed very close to the timeline of the finished project. It has been a very positive experience working with Fieldstone and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fieldstone was great! The superintendent and the sales agent were fantastic.
The only reason I gave them a 4 star is shortly after the one year warranty was up the lights in you kitchen started to flicker and our floors are squeaking. A little frustrating that everything was great until the warranty was up.
I have worked with a lot of builders and no one is perfect but fieldstone is one of the better for sure!

Working with Fieldstone homes was definitely a much better experience than the last builder we used. Our sales rep Rachel Housekeeper has been amazing throughout the whole experience and Brian on the building side has been wonderful to work with. They made the experience of building a home less stressful and we felt heard. Thank you

The construction manager was great and very accommodating of my requests. The design studio was cool but a little too complex and I ended up misunderstanding some options. Overall the house turned out great and I got >95% of what I wanted.

Recently purchased a new home in Divario Saint George Utah community. Fieldstone has been wonderful to work with, Sue, Katie and Dylan have taken care of everything. We really like our floor plan and finishes in the home.

We first heard of Fieldstone because my grandparents were building a home out in Saratoga Springs with them, we went and walked through the model home for fun, and after hearing more about their ADU options, we wanted to go meet with the agent onsite and learn more. When we arrived, my husband half way through the meeting explained he was a realtor and Brianne began to say how we were unethical by not stating it the first time she met us when we were just walking through for fun. My husband explained how the first time we had no intention of knowing more and she repeated how it was technically unethical but she would let it slide. I have never met with a home building company who accused us of being unethical for not stating my husband was a realtor the second he walks through the model home. They also keep showing on all their billboards that they offer FREE BASEMENTS, it’s not true at all. My grandparents house was 40k less than they are selling for now, so they just raised the base price 40k and are using it as advertising. It’s not accurate, they put a bad taste in our mouths and we won’t be building with them.

I will never build with fieldstone again. The workmanship is mediocre at best. Many of the seams in the dry wall are visible. It seemed that nearly every nail on one side of the house had popped within a year of moving in. The water heater started making loud sounds they told us was sediment after six months of installation. They have not been helpful at all and have avoided coming to look or help figuring out the problem. The flooring is very low quality. The house feels as if it was thrown together as quick and cheap as possible. The landscaping was probably my biggest frustration. During installation of our yard the crew didn’t not clean up day to day, leaving a mess. When the job was finished, I found several large holes in the sod and more than one of my sprinkler boxes were covered with sod or buried. I would not recommend.
Updating this review: The house is less than 2 years old and the problems keep stacking up. I wrote one review earlier since then we have found yet another sprinkler box that sod had been laid over. One of our toilets has been leaking, likely since the house was built to the point where the water is now seeping into the crawl space and up through the flooring. They avoid doing anything about the problems and do not want to honor the warrant. They did not care about finished product of this house just that they got it up and sold.
