We couldn’t be happier with our experience. We brought in three contractors for bids, and before we had any quotes I knew we would go with basements etc. Their knowledge and expertise was evident even during the walkthrough. I assumed their bid would be the highest because they were so quality, and I was ready to pay. However, their bid came back lower than the other two—one of which wanted us to get our own permits. They were quick, clean, and communicative. I believe the project took 8 weeks starts to finish. Cannot recommend enough.

Basements Etc was great to work with in finishing our basement and converting our upstairs loft into a bedroom and office. Their team was great at helping us come up with ideas we hadn’t considered for our space. They were easy to reach out to during the project and were good at communicating through each step of the project. We are very happy with the quality of the work that was done.

Basement turned out great and we are extremely pleased with the work done. We had five quotes for the basement and Ace Basement was the lowest and the most professional. The main reason we went with Ace was the creative solutions to build what we envisioned for our basement rather than the layout the builder provided. We had a few hiccups along the way with the shortages on everything during 2021 but Tyler and Chase communicated great with me along the way. Overall, I would recommend them.

I hired ACE CONSTRUCTION to make a kitchenette in our basement. It turned out even better than I imagined. They also painted my entire basement, installed a WD hookup and vent system so that I can rent the basement in the future. Very reliable and trustworthy. I give them 5 stars!

It has been almost a year since Tyler and his team finished our basement, and I don't know we we did without a finished basement for so long. The quality of work is great! The team worked quickly, but didn't rush anything or leave things half done. Tyler especially was super responsive and happy to help with my many questions. During the bidding process, Tyler was upfront and came prepared with numerous ideas to help me maximize the living space, whether it be fitting in extra storage closets, extending hall space, ideas for electrical, etc. Truly very happy with our experience.

After looking and getting estimates from several companies we went with Tyler and Chase. They did a fabulous job with our basement and I really appreciate that they heard me and my ideas for the basement while still giving me their professional insight. We had an excellent experience with Tyler and Chase at Basements, Etc. Their communication and work were top notch. We were kept informed and updated on every step of the process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Most importantly, they finished when they said they were going to and within the originally quoted budget.
