Cut my power off out of spite when I was having trouble paying rent on time. Refused to turn it back for three days. Hung up on me multiple times. James is crooked and awful. Don’t rent from them

Absolutely horrible people. I wouldn’t trust mark or James at all.Crooked to the core…. No BBB rating, many many ethical complaints to the Colorado realtors association. Bottom line…. These guys are BAD news…. And if you’re thinking about renting from them at Emerson get ready for a massive bed bug infestation.

Do not hire this company to manage your HOA. Jim Gumpert is rude, hangs up on you, and doesn't get anything done. We have been without hot water for over 2 months and his solution is everytime the hot water heater shorts out (it's leaking) to go unplug it and wait for it to heat up. Also never responded to me about water coming in from the ceiling due to leaky roof. Unprofessional is an understatement.

They are horrible. They don't fix anything. Mark entered my apartment illegally when I was moving out. They are trying to not give me back my deposit even though the apartment is still in excellent condition.

I am a neighbor to one of Granite's rentals and I am not pleased with the way Granite blocks public parking with illegal cones and signs stating that they will tow whoever parks there. Sorry Granite, that's illegal unless you have a permit, and if you have a permit, you need to place the permit number on your signs and cone.
