Dean Stokes is a responsible, honest, and intelligent property manager who is fair to the tenants at Iutah, has good construction contacts, and does a good job for his owner clients like me. I would recommend him to other property owners. The previous company he was at had a partner that seemed to have some disgruntled issues but Dean was always easy to get in touch with and always answered my questions above and beyond what was required.

Do not rent from this company!! Dean Stokes is a thief. He did not repair the home 1466 E 2600 N after a major flood. I had no basement for 5 months. The first year I rented his business partners sent everyone a letter warning us he was a liar and a thief. He is a con man, and the house has mold. Look up his lawsuits
