Really good information. I feel that the accountant should have teach a bit more about the tax write offs like the one that was giving the classes about 6 years ago. Checks and balances I feel that is a bit more common sense for running a business so it should be already some what in contractors heads. But the write offs I feel help a lot more specifically at the beginning since we have to invest into tools and equipment and all promotional materials, and marketing. So teaching us about percentages of deductions I feel it would help us more in effectively invest in our business.

I love the class as they fully explain every angle in the business world. They went in to full details on how to manage your business when becoming a new business owner. All the laws in the state and what you can do and what you cannot do while going out to the field. I got a better understanding on how to start my own business and what i need to over come to become successful. Also they lay out what to expect when being a licensed contractor from accounting to lawsuits to laws and other benefits that can help me grow. I recommend this class 100% percent to those wanting to be a licensed contractor. Our contractor Louie Tafoya is very good at his job, he takes the time to explain and help with anything that you don’t understand very good conductor he is very helpful and very responsive with questions.

If your looking to get a contractors license or just want to increase your knowledge of the industry ABC is the place to go. The class louie teaches is awesome, he is great at answering question and gives real life examples of how the knowledge in the class can help prepare you for real life situation. I highly recommend ABC and louie.

Enjoyable and interactive class. My only difficulty was the technical/logistics aspect of teachers/speakers and other classes/students at different locations all simultaneously participating as I was following along in the NASCLA contractors guide(Utah 4th Ed). I thought Louie was invested in making sure all participants questions were addressed and concerns were discussed.
