Tom was incredibly great to work with, we got more than we bargained for. Very impressed with the finished product and how hard their employees worked. I noticed they had a lot of their own crews, so making little changes here and there was not a big deal whereas other generals would have sent us change orders. Building was designed very well for future expansion, so when that time comes, we will definitely call Tom!

Rented from this company for three years, never missed a rent payment. Out of nowhere they gave us, a family of 3 and our neighbors, a family of 7 30 days notice to move out because they said they were selling the property. Well, come to find out that they are just renting both houses out again after displacing both families. Dishonesty at its finest.

Just finished our 3rd Concrete Tilt building with TSC- and they get better every time. Employees who care about your project- owners who are involved in the details and a quality finished product second to none.

Low morals among their employees and the managers are more occupied with their phone and hanging out in their trucks. It would be better to find another company. Feel free to ask any of the subs
