This company employs shady builders who cut corners and do not stand by their work and attempt to not honor warranties. Every time we have an issue with our house (it’s constant), it’s a pain in the neck to get it resolved. We either get the run around or complete lack of response.

I’m already filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC, and reaching out to the state contractors licensing board.

If you’re buying a home built by Next, just know you’re going to have issues that may not get resolved without serious action.
