RE: Gratitude and Great Service.

To Whom It May Concern, We at LRG Development have been building custom Homes the grater Phoenix area for several years and have collaborated with many engineers over the years. Mills Engineering did provide us with grate service, Mills Engineering did encounter conflicting information from county environmental service department. The county, based on the information, concluded that the proposed plan did not conform to the applicable regulatory requirements. Mills Engineering did respond in fact Mills Engineering received the notice on a Friday and had resolved with the county Monday morning at 9:30 AM.

We at LRG Development do recognize Mills Engineering service to be one of the best the grater Phoenix area has to offer. We would like to express our thanks and gratitude, so Kathy thank you.

Mills Engineering submitted a septic modification on our behalf for our house remodel/addition and all went great. Communication was very responsive by Kathy and her team. We are very happy with the service provided by Mills Engineering. A lot of the delays in projects are happening at the County level, which an engineer cannot control. Mills Engineering is the best engineering service in the area that is why they are so busy. If you have realistic expectations about your response times from the County, your life will be easier during your build. Project delays are the times we live in unfortunately. We highly recommend Mills Engineering.

Kathy is worth the wait! I just wanted to share my experience with Mills Engineering. I almost went with another company, but found out Kathy's approach could save me thousands and am very glad I did. The county knows her and she is well respected, she may take a little longer, but it was so worth the wait. Doing a project in Gila County, she and Levi Brownlee as the installer are a great way to go!

Paid her up front for a septic design 7 months ago. She keeps promising she will send it tomorrow and that has been months like this. Now she won't answer or return any calls and we are pushed back on our project to the next year.

19+ weeks ago I signed the agreement/contract for septic design that said the project would take 3-4 weeks to complete. Communication was good at the start. Then nothing. Finally got some response and thought the project was moving forward. Paid the progress payment. Checked back in and NOTHING that was said to have been done was done. Kathy won’t return emails, won’t answer the phone, won’t return text messages. And my project is now delayed even longer.

Kathy did the field work; but no final report. She doesnt communicate. She will promise data and misses the deadline. 3 times so far. We are a month after data collection and no report. We are losing thousands of dollars due to lack of response.
