I currently rent through Red Key, and they have always been super helpful with any questions and concerns of mine. They have affordable prices and many rentals that show up daily. I've never had any problems with Red Key, and I've been with them for two years now. Trevor has always been really nice to talk to and quick to get back to me. I plan on staying with Red Key until I'm able to buy.

Worst experience with any rental Iv ever had. Trevor R Williams is a crook. We had many maintenance requests that were never even acknowledged despite many attempts to notify or contact Red Key. They would do nothing to maintain the property besides turn the sprinklers off and on before winter and summer. I would recommend avoiding these crooks at all cost. Really wish I was writing a good review about them but Red Key is a scam. They’re say we left the house in bad condition and that is a direct result of them not tending to the property or maintenance requests. I know many other people that have rented from them and they have all had similar experiences.

Beware of these folks, not knowing how to prorate rent and charge you for an entire month when you had already had a move out date halfway through the month. Also, you will not see any refund of your security deposit until 2 to 3 months after you moved out. You will also continue to late fee charges for not paying for the next month after you’ve already moved out. Yourself and your friends favor and stay away from this company. I almost forgot that they label the properties incorrectly. A home that was posted as a three bedroom is really, really a two bedroom and when I told him that they relisted it as a four bedroom for the next sucker. Trevor is lying, it’s 8/20/2024 and they sent me $54. I was not late on any rent and haven’t seen my prorated rent from 4/1 to 4/15 since Trevor told me they couldn’t figure it out and to pay the full rent and he would prorate after. It's been 6 months and my elderly mother and stepfather haven't seen any refund.

As an owner who has multiple properties in multiple counties I can wholeheartedly say that Trevor at Red Key is the best manager of them all. First and foremost they act as a full fiduciary with the best interest of the property at hand. Secondly, they only manage properties close enough to maintain the highest level of service. Many managers take on as many units as possible and the level of service decreases significantly. They respond quickly to resident needs, and tenants stay longer because they are satisfied with the high level of management. I highly recommend Red Key to any owner who can no longer handle the stress of managing your properties themselves.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! you can't even talk to anyone they require you to talk through a portal and then charge you for it. They charged a couple $800 in fees but wont list what it is for.
