We were one of the subcontractors on the Twenty Ones Project in Sugarhouse.
We finished the project in June of 2024. It is now February of 2024 and we haven't been paid by Rockworth or the GC they Hired. 7 months of ZERO PAYMENT!!!!
These people wont return calls and don't respect subcontractors.
Do not build their projects in Salt Lake City! They will use you and not return your calls.
Make sure you get a pre-lien on the project!
Call us Back! We arent going away!

They go out of their way to avoid my calls and even lied, saying they tried to contact me back. The Salt flat apartments are horribly managed and they refuse to address it or do any thing about it.
