Great training quality. Great topics. Could use more down and dirty details. Even a 3 day class on STR is not deep enough. But it was enough to get me started. The team is also very helpful and what makes it fantastic.

It's actually impossible to give this organization a high enough rating - how do I give stars to a program that literally changed the quality of my life forever? I remodeled houses for about 18 years in Oak Park & the Chicagoland area - starting back in 1989. I did construction while studying Entrepreneurship Strategy at DePaul University. I had dreamed of buying my own houses and being a real estate investor myself, but I had credit challenges and massive student loan debt, I believed I needed money for a down-payment and construction costs, and good credit to be able to buy a house. I met another member of the Renatus community who invited me to a free real estate workshop with one of the instructors of Renatus - and that workshop literally altered the course of my life. I learned that I could buy houses at discounts, raise capital for deals, make real money as a real estate investor regardless of my personal income or circumstances, and do this while helping other people out of challenging situations. I did my first real estate deal about 7 months after getting started (Sept. 2006) and have never looked back. I have found so much value learning from the Forty (40!) instructors of this company (who actually do real estate, not play an investor on youtube), and have been able to earn my education investment back so many times over I have lost count. We have done fix & flips, bought single & multi-family rental properties, have multiple short-term-rental properties today all because of Renatus, their amazing instructors, ongoing support, and a community of people that inspire me every single day. Is Renatus easy? No. You get out of it what you put into it - you have to take the classes and do the work - but if you are willing to do commit yourself, follow proven methods and get connected to the ongoing study groups and coaching calls... you can absolutely achieve your real estate goals with the program Renatus has created. My wife and I both are forever grateful that we overcame our fears and skepticism, and took advantage of all this amazing company has to offer. It's worth 10X what they charge... easy.
