Phil provided me with expert guidance and advice at every step along the way. Our agent went the extra mile at several points, staying up late to help with requests, even helping with some repairs on the house! When I was considering using Homie at the beginning, we had the questions "what's the catch?" "what are we giving up to save money?" Well, I'll tell you, compared to the last time we sold a house, we gave up absolutely nothing. On the contrary, we got far more value than we've ever experienced.
