Paul and his TEAM of Realtors really came through for us as we really made things a challenge for them as we "bought the horse before the carriage" and made an offer on another home BEFORE our home was sold. When "showings" were slow, they set up OPEN HOUSES as frequent as every other week. THIS helped with the selling of our home! When my Lender or bank (of some 40 years) fell through, Paul with his "personal Lender" helped make it all possible! Team Teasdale's YouTube Add was true to every word and contacted us in a day's time. Besides being experienced with success, he was genuine and caring to our needs. Paul and his Team are very responsive to every text, every question and ALWAYS accessible and did deliver while he explained ALL "best and worst case" scenarios. Paul is very calming, reassuring, and knowledgeable and uses his strengths with your best interest at heart. He negotiates behind the scene with the other Realtor keeping you calm through the whole experience. Paul became our friend, not just a realtor.

Paul and his team are amazing!! We worked with Paul to buy our home and he was the best negotiator!!! My husband and I believe that if it hadn't been for his great negotiating skills we wouldn't have gotten our home. Then 12 years later we hired him to sell our home. This was the summer of 2023 when it was super tough to sell. He was so good to work with! We met with him several times feeling nervous that our home wasn't going to sell. Every time he came to the table with ideas and was so prepared and patient with our impatience. He sold our home relatively quick in a market that was very slow. We're grateful for him and his team!

Just wanted to share our experience with others. We hired Paul and his team on November 5 and listed our house in Mapleton Utah. We know the market is not the greatest right now. Tried to sell our house a year ago and it just didn’t sell. Paul had our house listed for three weeks. We got two offers after three showings. The buyer wanted to close in five days. Paul and his team made all of this possible. We live out of state so it was definitely a challenge. They did everything to make it easy for us, and so did their title company. We couldn’t be happier with the results. they are very professional and some of the nicest people we have met. We highly recommend hiring them for your team.

Hired Teamsdale realty and that day Paul Teasdale was at my house setting up the sale, later that day his colleague took photos of my home and a virtual tour … within a few days I had a buyer. Paul and his team were hired to help us sell our home. After the first meeting with him, my husband and I had no doubts that he was the one we needed to hire! He was super understanding of our situation, and really helped us understand how to best go about selling. He also had a team member helping us look for our new home, and he was great too!
