I had a great experience selling my house to Bryan at Sellwise. He was fair and transparent about what he was offering and how he arrived at the price. Also the whole remote closing process was smooth and easy, even though we were 2800 miles apart. I was very happy we chose them to deal with.

Honestly couldn't have been a better experience. I made the mistake of going with another local house buying company in Utah first because their offer was originally higher, but come to find out after wasting 3 weeks of my time they completely changed their offer and low-balled. Whereas this company was honest from the start and gave a fair price for both of us. I've had nothing but a great experience from start to finish and have had help every step along the way. Don't waste your time with anyone else these guys are the best.

I would highly recommend Property Sellwise if you looking to sell a home. My wife inherited a home in Sandy and we live out of state. Sellwise is not only extremely professional, they are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, excellent in assisting with referrals for the probate process and offering an extremely fair offer. Sellwise is THE way to go! My parents and I decided to sell our homes at the same time and move in together. Sellwise had us under contract in one day, and it gave us a lot of power in buying a new house, because we could guarantee a nice, cash down payment. They were so kind and easy to work with! They made accommodations with us, that no other company would. They made the process easy and possible! I love that they let you just leave what you don’t want or need in the house. It sure makes moving easier!
