My fiancé and I worked with Rachel to purchase our very first home. We were fortunate that a great new build came on the market pretty quickly! Rachel has been fabulous in guiding us through the entire process of buying a condo in a new development. She is knowledgeable, positive and friendly, and was always very responsive to questions or anything else we needed. I have bought and sold several homes in my life. Usually, I have felt realtors to be more hindrance than help. However, RACHEL MOODY IS EXTRAORDINARY. The sale of our house could not have happened without Rachel. She is honest, realistic, and proactive. There were numerous occasions when our sale was in jeopardy of failing, usually due to some bureaucratic snafu. In each case, Rachel took action and the problem was resolved.
