Avery and Jorge with Flagship made it a great experience. They ensured all construction items were completed big and small. My clients felt good about their purchase. They are first I’m homebuyers so they did a great job explaining all of the details about home and maintenance. Flagship has created a beautiful neighborhood that it’s connected to the close by main city hub. There is a neighborhood school close by that my buyers are excited to become a part of. Their product is affordable, but still has style and function.

We've had our Flagship Home for over a year now and the experience was pretty great from start to finish. From the build process to the construction to the warranty support, things have been smooth and on time. We only had one small issue within the first year and Justin Ostler took care of it pretty quickly and easily. We wouldn't hesitate to build with Flagship Homes again.

We bought a Flagship home about a year ago and have requested various warranty items to be fixed. Overall, everything has been great with these items and work has been completed well. In particular, Justin Case worked on some drywall screw pops that happen with new construction as well as other drywall items and was very meticulous in his work. The results are fantastic and you can't even notice them anymore. Thanks for the work done!

Our experience has been great with Flagship. We were thrilled to find great move in ready options with them.
Jenee and Terry were very accommodating to us and listening to our needs. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process go smoothly. They were easy to reach, and did their best to make themselves available to answer our questions we had along the way.
Our walkthrough specialist was Avery and she was very responsive and great at communicating with us. We appreciated how on the ball she was and keeping us updated and in the loop. She was very thorough with our walkthroughs, and I loved that she knew things to address that I didn’t even think to look for. Great team and great homes! We are loving our new home!

Flagship is the best builder for warranty services. They and their vendors have been respectful of my family while working in my home and have been good listeners when I voice concerns. Plus, I don't see corners cut on construction like other builders do. Definitely buy a Flagship home!
