Hyve was so great to work with. I left a review when we moved into our home, and wanted to leave another review, now that our home warranty is up. Our microwave went out, a door had a crack, and we had a few odds and ends that still needed to be fixed around the house. Hyve honored their year warranty, and fixed all the things that needed fixing. They came quickly for things that were more urgent. Mike was awesome to work with during the warranty period. We love our home!

My experience with Hyve Homes has been nothing but great! Our house was finished before the estimated time which aligned perfectly with plans on our end. They were very good to keep us updated on what was happening. We made a few changes on the floor plans and no one made a fuss which was so nice!
In our final walk through they were very thorough in making sure we knew how everything worked and what was covered in the warranty and what isn’t. They took pictures of the items we needed fixed.
I have heard of some homes not getting their blue tape finalized but the few things we did have got done in a very timely manner.
Our experience has been amazing and we have loved our home.

Hyve has been great to work with! We love our home. They worked hard to get blue tape items fixed before closing. Bean and Amber went above and beyond to help us make an important last minute change on the house. There are a few minor things that still need to be done, but they have done some of them already. I will update my review at the end of the year!

The homes are very cute but that is just about all they have going for them. The craftsmanship is very poor and even within the 1 year warranty you are lucky if things are fixed and they’re not fixed right. The soil was not compacted well at all and MANY homes in the Orchards development have sinking issues with the yards. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to build a home. The over-dig around our foundation sunk and cause flooding in our basement through the window well.

For the price you pay for your home you would expect the beauty of the outside to match the quality of the inside. That is not the case. They hire subcontractors that do quick work and poor workmanship.

We have lived in our home for almost a year now. We have discovered many problems with the guts of the home. The electrical is very shady, cheaply done and in many instances done incorrectly. We have two window wells that leak. The storage room, downstairs, has problems with mice coming in somewhere. The concrete has major cracking. The sprinklers system leaks and is done with cheap material. All the door frames had to be fixed for the door to shut and seal properly. There is a hole in the drywall in the corner of the stairs. The plumbing to the gutters was done incorrectly. The floor was weak spots. If you have outside stairs I highly recommend you request some kind of cover put over them to avoid flooding problems.

These are just a few of the things we have found. You will spend lots of time and money fixing things done incorrectly. Happy home hunting!

We moved into our Hyve Home a few months ago and haven't forgotten how thankful we are for this home! Thank you Amber and Madelyn for coordinating all the little and big things that needed to happen along the way. We were grateful it was built in such a timely fashion.

The cabinets, floors, counter tops look amazing and we have awesome lighting - Hyve is fortunate to have the BEST Electrician in Utah. Our home looks beautiful.

WE LOVE OUR HYVE HOME! They are so beautiful and we love our layout! Madi and Amber were great to work with throughout the process and were super helpful! We’ve only had a couple minor problems and warranty is super responsive and came to fix things next day! I would definitely recommend building with them!
