We were blessed to have met Mike S at the prompting of our local realtor, to look at Meritage homes. New development in Tooele UT, Prosperity at Overlake.

We were impressed right away with the quality of the homes, and the attention to detail.

After looking several times a different homes to see what would meet our needs, we ended up “pulling the string,” and closed on a house/mortgage that included everything we had asked for! They were fine negotiators and we got a perfect, brand new house at a price nearly $100,000 LESS than similar sized, used/preowned homes in the area.

As we got to know, Mike, we realized he was very dedicated to his job, and was an excellent communicator. If he didn’t know the answer he would find out for you. Very honest from right up front.

This was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this business as well as Mike S!

Low quality builds and the builder avoids doing any warranty work. Only makes excuses and keeps pushing the repairs back. Also they set days to come by and take a look then they don't show up. I will be reporting them to the state here soon if I don't hear anything back from them.
